Düzce Amatör Radyo ve Telsizciler Derneği (DARD81), geçtiğimiz yıl büyük ilgi gören doğa kampı etkinliğinin ikincisini gerçekleştirmeye hazırlanıyor. Haberleşme tutkusu ile doğa sevgisini bir araya getiren organizasyon, 6-7 Haziran tarihlerinde Düzce'nin Kaynaşlı ilçesinde bulunan Girgin Mesire Alanı'nda düzenlenecek.
Türkiye'nin farklı bölgelerinden amatör telsizcileri, kulüpleri, dernekleri ve doğa severleri bir araya getirmesi beklenen etkinlikte katılımcılar, hem teknik bilgi paylaşımında bulunabilecek hem de doğanın içinde keyifli bir hafta sonu geçirme fırsatı yakalayacak. İl dışından gelecek misafirler için kamp alanına 5 Haziran Cuma akşamından itibaren giriş imkanı da sağlanacak.
DARD81 tarafından hazırlanan program, hem teknik hem de sosyal yönü güçlü aktiviteler içeriyor.
Katılımcıların kamp süresince ihtiyaç duyacakları yiyecek ve içecekleri yanlarında getirmeleri gerekiyor. Organizasyon tarafından toplu yemek hizmeti sunulmayacak.
Kamp alanında sınırlı düzeyde elektrik desteği bulunabileceği belirtilirken, özellikle telsiz sistemleri kuracak katılımcıların akü, güneş paneli veya benzeri off-grid çözümlerle hazırlıklı gelmeleri tavsiye ediliyor. Ayrıca uzatma kablosu ve çoklu priz bulundurulmasının faydalı olacağı ifade edildi.
Mesire alanında temiz su, WC, mescit, çocuk oyun parkı ve otopark gibi temel ihtiyaçlara yönelik imkanlar da mevcut bulunuyor.
Katılımcılar kamp alanında kendi anten ve telsiz sistemlerini kurarak bireysel veya kulüp istasyonu şeklinde çalışma gerçekleştirebilecekler. Organizasyona katılacak dernek ve kulüpler ise kendi tanıtım çadırlarını kurarak faaliyetlerini ziyaretçilere aktarabilecekler.
Kampa katılmayı planlayan operatörlerin enerji ihtiyaçlarını önceden hesaplamaları, yedek batarya ve gerekli ekipmanlarını eksiksiz hazırlamaları tavsiye edilmektedir. Açık alanda uzun süreli çalışma yapacak istasyonlar için hava koşullarına uygun koruma ekipmanlarının da unutulmaması önerilmektedir.
Tesis yönetimi tarafından yapılan bilgilendirmeye göre kamp alanı içerisinde alkol tüketimine izin verilmemektedir. Organizasyona katılacak tüm misafirlerin bu kurala hassasiyet göstermeleri önemle rica edilmektedir.
Organizasyon ekibi, etkinlik planlamasının sağlıklı yapılabilmesi için katılım sağlayacak misafirlerin ön kayıt formunu doldurmalarını rica ediyor. Daha önce kayıt yaptırmış ancak çeşitli nedenlerle katılamayacak olanların ise bilgi@dard81.org.tr adresine e-posta göndermeleri yeterli olacak.
Kendi araçlarıyla gelecek katılımcılar için navigasyon bağlantıları organizasyon tarafından paylaşılmış durumda. Karavan ile gelecek ziyaretçilere ise daha güvenli ve eğimi daha düşük alternatif güzergahın tercih edilmesi tavsiye ediliyor.
DARD81 Yönetimi, organizasyonun hayata geçirilmesinde ve kamp alanının amatör telsiz camiasının kullanımına açılmasında verdikleri desteklerden dolayı T.C. Kaynaşlı Kaymakamlığı'na ve Kaynaşlı Belediyesi'ne teşekkürlerini iletti.
Amatör telsizcilik, teknik paylaşım ve doğa sevgisini bir araya getirecek olan DARD81 Doğa Kampı'nın, Türkiye'nin dört bir yanından gelecek operatörleri aynı frekansta buluşturması bekleniyor.
