FCC, 2021 yılındaki 1000 dönümlük bir alanda sürdürülen orman yangını söndürme çalışması sırasında "yardım amaçlı" kamu frekansına müdahil olan Radyo Amatörü Jason Frawley'e 34.000 dolar tutarında para cezası verilmesi hususunda görüş bildirmiş.
