Hi, Do you use 145500 as general call and 145550 as mobile call frequencies in Turkey?
Two of us (SQ5BIH and SQ5BLH) will be travelling through Eastern Turkey for 3
weeks from 19th August. We are going to travel by cars from Kayseri to Van,
Ararat, Kars, Rize, Trabzon, Erzurum, Erzincan and many more places
especially in the mountains.
We hope to make some QSO's from our mobile stations, will be listening on 145550.

Yes 145.500 my mistake. On the road no stations reply to QRZ. Today we drove from Nemrut to Tatvan via Dyarbakir and Batman. Tomorrow driving round Van lake will listen on 145.500 also on PMR ch 2.
Made one more QSO today in Dyarbakir 70cm repeater with TA7 BBD ?? not sure as he did not speak english.

For finding repeater frequencies you can use the link below
http://www.radyoamatorleri.com/depo/linkver/html/TA_ROLEeng.html (http://www.radyoamatorleri.com/depo/linkver/html/TA_ROLEeng.html)
also you have chance to filter the list with city, band etc. parameters. if you see an antenna symbol flashing on status column it means that the repeater is working.
welcome to turkey, will be glad if we can have a qso, 73
